Vienna is famous for many things, yet celebrated for its tasty Schnitzel, a meat cutlet first breaded, then fried.

To launch the city's TikTok channel, we decided to solely focus on breaded content. Served by Vienna’s award-winning chef Lukas Mraz, we created a series of ten videos featuring authentic Viennese items being schnitzeled, such as Sachertorte or an entire bottle of red wine.

When Mraz ran out of ideas, he started deep-frying his favorite suggestions, gaining up to 8.2 million impressions online. But, more importantly, giving people another good reason to visit Vienna.
