Description:
Even if this help revitalize remote villages in France, small businesses were still struggling to increase their commercial activity. As the leader of the electric transition, Renault decided to push Plug Inn’s capabilities to find a solution to this problem.
The result was Plug Inn for Business, an app that allows small business owners to install a charger and offer it to the public, to attract more customers and increase their sales. And EV travelers now have more charging spots available, and better ways to charge while they eat, sleep, shop, etc.
The goal of Plug Inn for Business is to support sustainable tourism while putting small business back on the map, repopulating and further revitalizing mall city centers.
Plug Inn for Business is an app that allows small businesses to monetize one or many EV chargers, as well as install them if they don’t already own one.
By becoming part of the Plug Inn network, they can register the charger on the app, and monetize by offering it to potential customers, along with special offers. For example, a local restaurant can offer a free charge with the lunch menu. This allows small businesses to attract more customers and increase their sales while small villages expand their economy.
Plug Inn for Business is a B2B solution to help small business regain customers but is also a solution for EV travelers who can find more charging spots available in all of France and can now charge while they spend that time eating, sleeping, shopping, or simply enjoying the local charm.
