Description:
The Helsinki International Film Festival – Love & Anarchy is a non-competitive film festival held since 1988 in Helsinki, Finland.
Each year it commissions a promotional film, which is done as a labor of love by film production professionals, with a VERY limited (ok, virtually non-existent) budget.
While there's no set brief, this year we wanted to remind people that the negative effects of excessive screen time can be cured by increasing silver screen time.
